Yoga Ski Adventure Retreat

I’m thrilled to announce the debut of my Yoga Ski Adventure Retreats. As a full time yoga instructor and ex ski racer and coach, I’ve been dreaming of merging these two passions into one complimentary experience. It promises to be a a week to remember for a lifetime.  

Please join us for a week of world class skiing, yoga and adventure in the Wild West of Wyoming with an intimate group and extraordinary scenery, Sunday February 16th - Friday February 21st 2020.

We chose Grand Targhee for its epic snow, incredible vistas and lack of lift lines. It is on the western side of the Teton Range, dropping off the same mountains as Jackson Hole, WY. Driggs, ID is a typical western town with a ski bum flare, yoga studio and some good restaurants. We will take a trip to Jackson Hole for a day of skiing and a bit of glitz.

The retreat includes:

• 5 nights of Accomodation 

• 2 hours of yoga a day with me

• Transfers to and from the airport
